Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Rolling up your sleeves to design and build bulletproof Anaplan models that finance, supply chain, and operations teams will rely on daily
- Becoming the go-to expert for solving tricky integration puzzles – because clean data flows make or break these systems
- Partnering with stakeholders who don’t speak “tech” to translate their headaches into elegant solutions
- Constantly tweaking and optimizing models because “good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary
- Delivering rock-solid solutions on time by nailing Agile sprints

Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine Anaplan models using data and solutions that are already available.
- Models should be adjusted for additional feature, optimisation, and connectivity.
- Serve as a SME in architecture for comprehensive planning solutions.
- Provide accountability and technical leadership.
- Communicate updates and comments to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Oversee or take part in UAT deployment and testing.
- Build robust Anaplan models using existing data assets, then continuously refine them for new features, performance gains, and seamless integrations.
- your technical leadership will guide critical decisions.
- From initial design through UAT, you’ll ensure flawless execution while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Translate complex technical details into clear updates for business teams – because communication is just as important as coding.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in delivering Anaplan projects.
- Anaplan L3 certification & L2 certification.
- NUX knowledge is required.
- Experience in Data modeling.
- Excel, Tableau, Boomi & Hadoop.
Work Schedule
Mid-Shift: IST 12 a.m to 9 p.m is the working hour. In accordance with company rules, shift allowance will be eligible.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Comfortable with night/mid-shift work (12 AM – 9 AM IST)
- Able to maintain high productivity during these hours
- Willing to comply with Shell’s shift policies
