Role Overview

LeewayHertz is on the lookout for passionate beginners in full-stack development to join as trainee developers. If you’ve got a handle on the basics—HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—and have dabbled in frameworks like React or Next.js, this could be your launchpad. You’ll be rolling up your sleeves to build real web apps, tinker with MongoDB databases, and maybe even dip your toes into AI tools like LLMs. What makes this role special? What You Bring:

Key Responsibilities

✅ Build & Maintain Web Apps using modern stacks:

State Management: Context API/Redux

✅ Database Operations with MongoDB:

Design schemas & optimize queries

Implement CRUD operations

Work with aggregations & indexing

✅ Feature Development in Agile teams:

Translate UI/UX designs into responsive components

Integrate APIs (REST/GraphQL)

Write clean, reusable code

🤖 AI/ML Exposure (Unique Opportunity!):

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Computer Science/IT Engineering (BE/B.Tech)
• OR MCA (Master’s in Computer Applications)

💻 Preferred Technical Exposure:

◼ Web Development Basics:

• Hands-on with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity with React.js/Next.js (academic projects count!)
• Understanding of Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks

◼ Backend/Database Awareness:

• Conceptually strong in MongoDB/SQL
• Basic knowledge of Node.js/Express

◼ Bonus If You Have:

• Coursework/certifications in AI/ML (LLMs, vector databases)
• Prior internship/freelance experience (even small projects)

Selection Process:

Resume Shortlisting: verification of background and project experience.

Technical Assessment: coding test will be there.

Interview Rounds: After passing the technical exam interview round will be conducted.

Offer Letter: If anyone will pass all these steps then they will get offer letter in hand.
