Key Responsibilities
Hands-On Automation Development

- Build & Configure industrial apps using SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and HMI—these are the tools that control everything from factory machines to power plants.

- Support large-scale projects by designing automation solutions for new equipment and systems.
Documentation & Compliance

- Write standard operating procedures (SOPs), design specs, and maintenance records—because even cutting-edge tech needs proper paperwork.

- Work in regulated environments (think pharma, energy, or manufacturing) where safety and compliance are critical.
Troubleshooting & Optimization

- Analyze data and diagnose issues when control systems act up—you’ll be the detective solving automation mysteries.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) – any stream (CS, IT, ECE, EEE, Instrumentation, etc.)

- MCA graduates are also eligible.

- Internships or training (up to 2 years) in automation, PLC/SCADA, embedded systems, or industrial software.

- Academic projects/labs involving control systems, IoT, or robotics.
Skills

- SCADA & PLC systems (Siemens, Rockwell, or similar platforms).

- Batch control systems – because factories don’t run on single commands.

- Industrial compliance standards like 21 CFR Part 11 (FDA regulations) and GAMP (for pharma/regulated industries).

- Understanding of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall) – how industrial software gets built.
