Qualifications

✅ 1+ year working with operating systems (macOS, Linux, Windows) – whether through:

Academic labs/research
Personal projects or homelabs
Internships or technical work

✅ 1+ year of hands-on experience with JavaScript & Node.js (or related web development):

Coursework with real coding projects
Bootcamp certifications with practical applications
Freelance or open-source contributions

✅ At least 1 completed internship or co-op in:

Software development
IT support with scripting/coding
Tech-adjacent roles requiring problem-solving

Preferred Background:

✔ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
✔ Exposure to Java, Python, or Ruby (even beginner-level is a plus)
✔ Familiarity with cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure)
