Role Overview
KOCH is hiring for candidate to join the team for the role of junior Associate Analyst. Candidate will be working closely with product managers, Sales Engineer, internal auditors global, account managers.In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between our product managers, sales engineers, auditors, and account teams – helping everyone stay aligned through clear analysis and communication.
A typical week might find you:
Pulling together sales performance reports for the engineering team
Spotting trends in customer data that our account managers should know about
Working with our global audit team to streamline processes
What matters most is that you:

Are naturally curious and ask good questions

Key Responsibilities
- Daily updating of end customer details of CCC determination in SAP.
- 12 hrs for 5 days support to update the determination of table once in a quarter.
- Provide support to sales operations functions on daily, weakly basis.
- Ability to multitask to meet project deadlines and manage complex activities.
- Strong ability to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
- You’re compiling last quarter’s sales figures when you notice engineers keep asking for the same metrics – so you create a self-service dashboard that saves everyone time.
- While reviewing customer usage patterns, you spot an opportunity our account team missed and quickly bring it to their attention.
- The global audit team needs help simplifying their reporting process, and your fresh perspective helps cut their workload in half.
- Sees stories in spreadsheets (you don’t just crunch numbers, you find their meaning).
- Can explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues without making their eyes glaze over.
- Actually enjoys jumping between different teams and projects (variety keeps you engaged).
- Asks “why?” as often as a curious toddler (but with more productive results).
Qualifications
- Any degree and freshers are preferred.
- 0-3 years of recent experience in Analytics with a bachelor’s degree.
- Understanding of manufacturing process, supply chain flow.
Skills
